How Moderators can make an existing Topic a STICKY one

Postby MickeyDal on Thu Nov 29, 2007 12:14 pm

Moderators (only Moderators or Administrators can do this),

You can change any existing topic to be a STICKY, or ANNOUNCEMENT. (Difference? A STICKY stays at the top of the first page, and an ANNOUNCEMENT stays at the top of every page of topics. Use judiciously.)

Simply go into the first message of the topic, and hit the EDIT button on the upper right.

You can now scroll down to the bottom, and change the "Post topic as:" button from Normal, to Sticky or Announcement.

Save / submit the message, and it is now changed.
