Strange DART picture

Can any of out Train guys figure out what this is about? Its labeled Salt Lake City but that sure looks like a Dallas (DART ) train in the pict.

Yes - SLC leased some DART train-sets for a while. I don't know the dates, have seen it somewhere, but it didn't stick in memory. I think it MAY have beem during the SLC Winter olympics. I'll see if I can run the information down, I know the site where I saw it.

OK - checked my source for information on DART cars in SLC.

Salt Lake City's TRAX system leased 29 DART cars for use during the 2002 Olympic Games there. The cars that served still have an Olympic seal on them.

Thanks Clyde - I also dug up the email address of the source of the pics and he told me the same (less the part about the Olympic Seals)

Actually, that should probably be "MAY still have the Olympic seals" as i suspect that any cars that have been repainted since return no longer have them.
