Guys and Gals,

I have re-added a Calendar and a Chat room.

THIS time however, "Chat" is an option which appear up top in your "User Control Panel", instead of appearing automatically on the page. You only go in there if you want to. That probably means that Chats should be scheduled, as I don't know if there is any way of knowing that someone is in there, unless you look.

Calendar is again on that option list as well. Of course, we lost any dates we already had.

They are free modifications, that can readily be ignored by everyone. So there is no harm in having them there.

But... feel free to use them if you wish. Maybe have a "chat" during a televised Arlington Cowboy game, or something?

Steve,

Had to try it to test it.

There are 2 tabs on top. One says Calendar, and the other says "New Event". Click on New Event and add your event.

I added a date next week, where every one of you sends me $5 in the mail. (Or more.....)

Hmm....

ONCE I click on Calendar, I have 2 tabs on top of the Calendar. One says Calendar, and the other New Event.

Anyone else have it?

When I click on calender I get just one tab which says -- Calender. I don't get the New Event tab.

I assume you get the New Event tab because of your higher (well deserved I might add) status as administrator, or mighty one.

Hmmm.....

Well..... it IS a new feature they are checking out, so maybe after they get past the "test" phase, they will give me a way to open it up to others.

In the meantime, it does show Birthdays (IF you have loaded that in your profile).

I haven't had time to add anything to the Calendar, as I have been getting ready to present 2 topics at the JFK Lancer conference this week. (Maybe later?)
